As a Senior Product Manager, I work with stakeholders to define the product requirements, identify product opportunities, meet with customers and prospects to understand their challenges and their success drivers. During the development process, I work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver timely product releases using an agile approach to ensure that customer feedback is considered in each iteration. I serve as an internal and external product subject matter authority and evangelist: collect user feedback, share insights, and convey the product vision.

In my Strategist role, I drove sustainable growth by harnessing research, business intelligence, organizational change, and Design Thinking mindset to define problems well enough so that they can be addressed through specific changes. I help companies disrupt their industries by figuring out what's meaningful to their customers, employees, and markets. I'm passionate about tackling hard business problems through research, strategy, design, and technology.

My personal story is that I spent my early career as a marketing professional helping companies develop and execute strategies for communications, branding, and business development. But something always felt missing; one day, I realized that there was more to innovation than creating eye-catching commercials. People have their authentic needs that are yet fully addressed. In 2012, I decided to take on the MBA journey with a focus on strategy and innovation. Bringing my experiences in customer insights and strategic planning, I found my way into the product management + design innovation field.

I am a global citizen who has footprints across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. You might find me walking Jazz, my Boston Terrier boy, in the beautiful neighborhoods in San Francisco, or bump into me in a meetup event jamming on the next one million dollar idea.
